Robin Williams’ Daughter Zelda Leaves Social Media After Being Sent Fake, Graphic Pics of Father
All Social Media companies need to fix several things regarding moderation, anonymity, and trolls if they want to survive the next ten years.
She signed off by writing: “I love you. I miss you. I’ll try to keep looking up.”
Before the trolls showed up, she thanked her Twitter followers for donating to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in her father’s memory.
But the harassment began on Tuesday when two people apparently posted Photoshopped images of her father’s body.
She begged her followers to help her stop it, tweeting: “Please report @PimpStory @MrGoosebuster. I’m shaking. I can’t. Please. Twitter requires a link and I won’t open it. Don’t either. Please.”
Instagram users apparently hassled her, too.
