Why can’t you take civil suits seriously anymore?

I thought this to be frivolous.I’m a bit of a skeptic, for example I feel manufacturers should be immune from lawsuits about the criminal use or deliberate abuse of a product. Makers of guns, boats, cars, etc. My home state is famous for frivolous and unwise legal actions. My home state is famous for frivolous and unwise legal actions.

Great catch on the lady attorney stopping the police BTW. I recommended that one almost instantly.

I’ve never tried Red Bull, but have no problem committing perjury to get $10 that will go to purchasing a six-pack of the only vitamin water that has been proven effective.

First of all, many thanks for the recommend. It was great to see a concerned citizen step in and defend that man.

As to the lawsuit, I can understand initial skepticism, especially with all the snark out there about people thinking they would actually grow wings. But if the claims Red Bull makes about its benefits are false they should be held accountable. I don’t know if the plaintiff is some deep pocketed individual but they seem to have given in rather easily.
