‘Shoot the gays’ initiative likely to be circulated

A Southern California attorney’s “shoot the gays” initiative is not destined to become law — for one thing, it’s clearly unconstitutional. But Attorney General Kamala Harris is scheduled to clear it for circulation in May, and she may not have any choice.

Matt McLaughlin, a lawyer from Huntington Beach in Orange County, paid his $200 filing fee Feb. 26 to submit the “Sodomite Suppression Act” to the voters. Declaring it is “better that offenders should die rather than that all of us should be killed by God’s just wrath,” it would require that anyone who touches a person of the same gender for sexual gratification be put to death by “bullets to the head or by any other convenient method.”

Well let’s get busy on that circulation of flyers that say “People who advocate shooting “gays” in the head should be stomped and kicked under the nearest car. Especially if they are carrying or circulating flyers that advocate “shooting gays in the head.” weather they have the name Matt or not. It’s called “The Self Defense Stand Your Ground And Punch Out A Stupid MoFo’s Teeth Doctrine.”
I do hope if anyone hands this vile shit out they are at least spat upon.

Matt McLaughlin is out of the mainstream even for a wingnut. I wouldn’t be surprised if he leaves the Republican Party soon for being too pro gay rights.

He won’t take the rejection coming his way well. This one needs to be watched by law enforcement, since he’s the kind who might try to incite acts of terrorism.

The eclipse sure is exacerbating the cray cray. But there is some disagreement as to the cause of God’s wrath. After all, it is always tempting to blame Muslims and those who accept them.

Pastor Mark Biltz, author of “Blood Moons: Decoding the Imminent Heavenly Signs,” sees a heavenly warning in the consequences of the eclipse, especially for the northern Europeans, who will be most affected.

In an exclusive interview with WND, Biltz explained, “In Jewish tradition, a total solar eclipse is a warning to the Gentiles and a sign of judgment on the nations. When we look at where the darkness will be, it will be in northern European countries like England and Sweden where we see the rise of Islam and anti-Israel sentiment. Europeans especially should take heed.”

Since the initiative is clearly unconstitutional on its face, can’t the local government refuse to waste tax payers’ money circulating and publicizing it especially as it may also risk public safety by inciting violence?
