Since I’m not terribly attracted to men, I don’t care. However, I like myself better with face fur.
I like it, especially beards—but not long ones. The one on that guy in the photo is too long for me—I’m not fond of the lumberjack/Grizzly Adams/Duck Dynasty/Da’esh look. I like a nice, neatly trimmed beard (but not those stupid skinny “pencil” beards and not the ones with no mustache). Picky, picky, picky…
There are some guys who can’t grow a good beard. If it looks all splotchy & anemic, fuggedaboudit—shave it so you don’t look like you have mange.
There are also guys who look great either way: Justin Trudeau, Matthew McConaughey, Idris Elba, Shemar Moore, etc.
Really depends. Some guys should, some guys shouldn’t. Mr. C. has sported a mustache for virtually all* the 40+ years I’ve known him, and I like it. I don’t think I’d like a full beard on him, but there are guys where it looks great.
*Not long after we were married, my mom asked him what he looked like without the ‘stache. He went and shaved it off so she could see. Then he grew it back and has kept it ever since.
Zedushka and all my sons & sons in law have the manly hairy face.
I like clean shaven.
Guy always looks younger.
p.s. never been with a bearded man, so I prob need to learn.

I have a beard. So I guess you could say I like it.
Mostly it started because it’s a very bad idea for me to handle power tools or razor sharp objects in the morning.
When I was in my 20s, my face was very angular, and a beard helped fill it in a bit. Now that I’m over 50, I’m just used to the fuzz.

Okay I voted for what I like on me. I have had a soul patch and goatee for a long time. Not quite a rough beard but perhaps enough beard. ;-)
Speaking from personal experience I can tell you that a 3 or 4 day stubble can look good on a young me. On an old me, I look like I either do not care or I need help. And we all know some men should not even go there. Of any age.
Well, I’ve had a full beard…for the past 45 years!! Started it the first fall after I got married. Went on a 10 day hunting trip and did not shave while away. Came home and my wife commented on how great I looked along with saying “no more beard burn”! My beard started out being a dark, rusty color but is now very white. My sons (41 & 39) have never seen me clean shaven. They have told me that when I die I will be clean shaven in my coffin. Their ultimate revenge.
For some reason, I voted for “Love the sweet clean face,” though I’ve had a full beard for going on forty years now.
Thanks for the responses, your hairy sexy LGFers.
