Phoenix PD: ‘Serial Street Shooter’ Strikes Again; Reward Upped

Phoenix police say they have linked another case to the so-called “Serial Street Shooter” investigation.

Police say that in the evening hours of July 11, a suspect shot at a vehicle in the residential neighborhood near 32nd Street and Oak.
At the time, a 21-year-old man and a 4-year-old boy were in the car. Neither victim was injured during the assault.
Phoenix police say the shooter is responsible for at least seven deaths and two injuries since April. This latest case brings the number of shootings linked to the case to nine.
