The Patersons’ 2007 - By The Numbers
DN Capitol Bureau Chief Joe Mahoney has a rundown of the 2007 tax returns jointly filed by Gov. David Paterson and his wife, First Lady Michelle Paige Paterson, which reporters were allowed to review (but, in keeping with past practice, not copy) in Albany today.
Total reported income: $269,815
Total donated to charity: $150 (to the Salvation Army). The couple did not contribute to any of the charity checkoffs listed on the state form, such as the World Trade Center Memorial, or breast cancer research.
