Berkeley Oaks Tree Sitter Dumpster Muffin, who climed down from her perch the other day, not only got arrested for the obvious such as tresspassing but she had multiple warrants out for theft. As a bail jumper I don’t think they’ll be letting her out any time soon.

It’s an interesting notion though - you’re a bail jumper and you want to evade arrest - what better way to hang out than at a tree sit where they’re bringing you food every Sunday and the police can’t get to you? She must have thought she’d be able to slip out before the crackdown, and got trapped when they did their raid earlier than expected. She then claimed to be ill - I bet she thought she’d be able to escape from Alta Bates Hospital, but they brought her someplace else and kept an eye on her until they ran a background check and found the warrants. Oops!
