Bachmann: Don’t Worry About Global Warming, Jesus Saved Planet 2000 Years Ago

Yes, that’s right, she said that. Congresswoman Michele Bachmann of Minnesota’s 6th District has been downplaying her ties to fundamentalist politics since she got into Congress a couple of years ago, but she’s now she’s running for re-election. So she has to get out there and remind right wing evangelicals that she’s their gal.
Thus this comment in an interview with a “biblical worldview” news outlet:
“[House Speaker Nancy Pelosi] is committed to her global warming fanaticism to the point where she has said that she’s just trying to save the planet,” Bachmann said. “We all know that someone did that over 2,000 years ago, they saved the planet — we didn’t need Nancy Pelosi to do that.”(OneNewsNow)
