I heard about this one over a year ago. The fact is that Disney has a very stringent uniform policy for all of its consumer-facing employees that is part of the conditions for employment. They are not going to redesign their uniforms to accommodate the employee’s religious clothing requirements, whether it’s for a hijab, a Sikh turban, or a yarmulke. You don’t like it, work in a non-customer area (as Disney offered) or don’t work at Disney.
