In Which Right Wing Blogger Chuck C. Johnson Takes Credit for Stopping Ebola

Injecting himself into a story of national import as a sideshow clown. How befitting.

He had absolutely nothing to do with the end to the current batch of Ebola cases. Nothing. Not a single thing. The experts - the ones who were dealing with Ebola patients were the ones who stopped an outbreak from getting worse. There might have been fewer cases, and one more survivor of Ebola, if Dallas Presbyterian did their job instead of sending away Mr. Duncan. If Dallas Presbyterian did their jobs, the two nurses there might not have gotten infected either.

But we’ve seen what modern medical practices can do - they can take a near death sentence for the disease if it occurs in West Africa and turn it into a pretty good chance for a full recovery if the disease is stopped early and treated properly.

CCJ has nothing to do with any of that.

Instead, he spent his time stalking around the dank corners of the Internet trying to dox and get bits of information that are completely unrelated to actually stopping the disease.

No one from Duncan’s apartment complex got Ebola. None. Same with the nurses. Same with Nurse Hickox, who CCJ and Gov. Christie treated worse than a prisoner, even though she had no symptoms that would indicate even the need for further precautions.

CCJ engaged in nothing but fear mongering and spreading misinformation.

Lies and smears. That isn’t how you stop an epidemic of this or any nature.

He didn’t do anyone any good. Except his own inflated sense of self. Which looks good on an award plaque atop a steaming pile of dung.

And has about as much value.
