I haven’t seen anyone mention it yet, but the two sets book-ended each other: President Obama started with his joke about “CPT” and Wilmore ended with his shout-out - both jokes that we white guys just can’t tell.

Had to go look up CPT and it seems that either Obama blasted (raw story) Clinton for a joke, or roasted (Inquistr) her because of it. I don’t know her joke, nor what Obama actually said.
