Jesus Christ, they’re not even trying to hide the white sheets and burning crosses anymore.

I have to admit, I can’t wait for the the conservative spin on this one. I’m sure “I had no idea that ‘spear chucker’ was an offensive racial slur” will be galloping to the front of the pack in not time.

Followed by some conservative saying that I’m putting words in Sanford’s mouth because he didn’t exactly use the phrase “spear chucker”.

And following that will be “It wasn’t a racist statement! The only way you could see racism in that is if you’re racist!”
