Just had a very nice little dinner…. I didn’t want to use up a lot of my bottled water and not have much cleanup. I sauteed up a couple of sliced italian sausage, an onion, green pepper, some garlic and mushrooms, Added in some thyme, basil and oregano, then a can of mild rotel. Let the whole thing simmer for a bit while the rice cooked. Made for a very festive looking dish :)

Served it up on the finest of WalMart brand plastic plates, and now I’ve got plenty of leftovers, a couple of pans that don’t need much more than a quick wipe / rinse.
