These are the people who clamor for their own state. The Israelis withdrew, turned over these greenhouses - structures that would have given the Palis the beginning of a new life, commerce, and so forth.

And what do they do? Loot and destroy.

These people were not then, are not now, and most likely will never be ready for their own state.
