You’re not that stupid, brookly…you know damn well this isn’t because the federal government didn’t act fast enough. These assholes would have passed a law more extreme than the government’s policies regardless. It’s all about trying to make the President look bad. This is a partisan bill meant to rally the wingnuts so they’ll come out and vote in November. Nobody expects the bill to stand.
