re: #97 Lidane

Clarence Thomas is the laziest legal thinker I’ve had the displeasure of reading this semester. His dissent in the case over California’s violent video game law was utter shit that made me question if he even had any idea what the hell was going on. Even Scalia called him out on it in the footnotes of the SCOTUS opinion.

He’s probably the most bizarre I’ve read, for sure, with that dissent being a great example (And the first thing that popped into my head, since it’s just as mindblowingly bad as you say). He really has no business being on the court.

Scalia, for everything I dislike about him, is at least clearly an intelligent legal mind.
