I don’t. Why would the word “descent” be there? It’s redundant for an insult, especially compared to just “Arab”, so it’s not natural.

You make a good point. I guess it’s more likely that she’d use the qualifier if “decent” for herself than for someone she’s accusing of being misogynistic by virtue of being of Arabic

When she wrote “I’M ARABIC”, it was obviously to drive point home and shield from further accusations of racism. When she is not defensive, she write about her grandparents/ancestors being Arabic.

I find your assessment of what is “undoubtedly” of higher probability to be problematic. It is what it is.
