It’s hyperbolic. You know. Satire? The point isn’t that every uninsured person has cancer, obviously. The point is to mock Mackey for suggesting that individuals are going to contribute, voluntarily, enough to cover the medical expenses of the tens of millions who are insured—regardless of what illness they have.

Surely a humourless and belligerent wingnut ought to be able to grasp that?
