Perhaps a career in Multi Level Marketing? What about a high paying career as an Internet Phantom Shopper? For some reason, I see his future involving the lingering smell of canola oil, and the phrase, “Would you like fries with that?”

He could always sell Plasma. I bet if he got a couple of false ID’s, donated 7-8 times a week, he could make a nice piece of change.
