Instead of comparing the fleeing WWII Jews to the Muslim refugees, a better analogy would be comparing the fleeing Germans at the end of WWII from the Soviet occupied Germany to that of Muslim refugees.

Will the American people take them in even though some of them may be Nazi or SS ? And most of them had been Nazi sympathisers or supporters at one time or another.
