Mueller: “I can’t agree with that. Not that it’s not true, but I cannot agree with it.”

I do not see this as a problem so much as Mueller really going out of his way to stick to the findings of his report and not voice any conclusions that might be drawn from it, no matter how correct and proper those conclusions might be.
