America’s beginning to wake up with a hangover. The worst pain is yet to come.

There are three things about hangovers. First, they are deserved. Hangovers are the result of self inflicted decadent behavior. Secondly, they are imminently survivable. America will survive whatever this yahoo tries to do. I have faith in my fellow countryman to eventually make the right decisions. Thirdly, they will eventually go away, with the lessons learned usually being temporary. We will be here again making the same complaints in another 20 years or so.

America is filled with plenty of folks capable of rational thought. Jimmy Carter the second will follow the same path as the first version.
