Hurricane Sandy is no longer considered a hurricane, because of the Arctic front that affected most of the country over the weekend has finally reached the tropical system. It’s still got the 90mph winds and and extremely-low pressure eye. However, on the western (inland) edge of the storm, there are now widespread reports of sleet and snow.
