Looking at that video—well, looking at the still, I don’t want to run it—brings to mind another question I have about handguns. Actually two questions:

Since nowadays you’re supposed to hold them with both hands,

A) Do these goobers have any idea how fucking stupid that looks, and

2) If you need both hands to use them now, what’s their reason for being, again? It’s called a “handgun”, noy a “handsgun”.

It’s been standard to use two hands for a long time. The two handed stance is how Uncle Sam taught me to shoot the M1911A1 at Ft Knox in 1982 and had been doing so for several decades. Only the bullseye shooters on the target range still used the single hand grip.
