Everything he says is with absolute authority — brings up the Nuremberg Code and implies doctors and researchers should be tried and executed.

I watched the entire video and found it very disturbing. As you said, he speaks with authority, accusing every medical expert who disagrees with his views as lying and in some kind of plot to harm people. He was vice president and chief scientific officer for Pfizer’s United Kingdom-based allergy and respiratory unit until that unit shut down in 2011, division that had nothing to do with vaccines or infectious diseases. It was focused on developing drugs to treat asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.. So another person with serious medical credential who, for some reason, took a dark turn and is actively working to harm others. Wonder if he could be involved in Q-Anon, though British and not American?
