Who’s Bill Gertz? That’s a paid subscription site and I don’t see how he could charge for it if it’s inaccurate. Wouldn’t he go out of business pretty quick?

Not if he’s reprinting a lot of stuff that’s true from other sites and sources, note Charles comment above. Remember all good agitprop comes in a wrapper of truth. Open it up however, and there’s the turd. It’s one of the reasons I read Syed at the Asia Times regularly - I know that he’s flat out mouthpiece for the Taliban, but you can get grains of truth out.

I’ve noted that Gertz tends to print salacious stuff periodically, probably to keep his subs up.
