He always uses the paddle on trolls, to tenderize their Gamey Buttocks. He does not eat the resulting Troll Roast, though: trolls eat their own kind, so they are not kosher.

I can see that on normal trolls, but stalker trolls are special, they need tenderizing with the self powered giant anal stir stick.
