I suspect that this is the first time you have seen an article in the WSJ or other major media house that discusses what Pres Bush has done for the African continent.
I cannot prove it, but I suspect that it has something to do with making the former President seem unsympathetic to the needs of people of color in general and out of touch with what is really happening to people all over the globe.
