I’m pretty sure they do. In Lubbock, the John Birch Society passes them out at local high schools, along with a lecture from their supplement-peddling local spokes-liar.

I started carrying mine during my work as a census enumerator. It was … entertaining, shall we say, to educate some listeners of Rush & the like about what the Constitution _really_ says vs what they’re told it says. I still keep it in my daily bag for that reason.
