President Bush holds an impromptu presser on Ukraine at a previously scheduled event that happens to be a school, and the right thinks this is emblematic of Obama’s weakness? Really?

GOPers don’t care where President Obama speaks from. They think the worst of him at every opportunity, for who he is and what he represents.
