And it’s right on the bolded part that Brat highlights what won him the primary: The voters thought Eric Cantor was lying to them and they decided to vote him out for his duplicity. Seen that way, one could almost see Cantor’s removal as an act of political hygiene. Unfortunately, Dave Brat is too nutty for that to be the case.

Doesn’t matter at this point. Fact remains. Cantor might have been a douche but Brat is more of a fringe Republican than Cantor.
