This is bound to be thrown out, but in case the DC decides to hear the case, he’s bound to lose. The county BOE can bring in a stream of scientists to testify against the complainant’s interpretation of “evolution as myth.” Plus, they can point to the existing case law (Kitzmiller v. Dover, f’r’instance) that supports evolution as science and creationism/ID as not science.

He may get some unintended consequences.
