Now, the notion that… uhh, as he has always said, consistently, since forever, uhh, the notion that POTUS would try to “folksify” his speeches, uh, well that’s just the failed policies of the past.

I would LOVE it if Obama would talk like a Chicago hood. And act like one on more than graft and corruption.
