Churchill's Suit Fails

These are the last two lines of the NYT article. Only they could print this with a straight face.

Mr. Churchill himself testified that he was not interested in money, and that preserving academic freedom was the true impetus for his lawsuit.

“It is your obligation to state the truth as you know it,” he said, “and you must be able to do it without fear of such intervention and retaliation.”
