about the only thing I use cilantro in is when I make Chile Verde with Pork. Even then It’s only part of a small bunch.

On the other hand I do like Coriander, and it’s the same plant. I’ve never cooked with Coriander root, but I’ve seen it at some international markets. I wonder if there are any other plants where we use the leaves, the seeds, and the roots? I can’t think of any off-hand.
