As long as they don’t spray on everything in sight, sure. Spraying on a $30,000 harp would result in catapication. The smell of eau de cat piss in the space would be discouraged. Oh, and it’s furnished. It’s got a sink and laundry facilities and a really comfy futon. We’re considering buying a new reefer and the one in the house will be going out back. Functional. No oven or stove out there, but that can be worked out.

We also are hooked into a pretty strong civic network that might help you find contacts for work. As big as this town has gotten, it still has a small town network of shakers and movers. Nudge nudge wink wink.
