Eleanor McCullen is not the victim here. The women whose space she is invading “for a polite little chitchat” are the victims. She is the predator. They did not invite her to a little chitchat. Her chitchats are not “consensual” even though SCOTUS keeps using that word.

She’s not a predator and those walking to the clinic are free to tell her “Leave me alone.”, whereupon she backs off.
