If a law was passed that required every American to own a gun would you comply or risk arrest by not complying?

I’d actually comply, because I, personally, know how to own and operate a gun and how to keep a gun safely in the house without endangering fishspawn. I would, however, protest the EVER-LOVING FUCK out of that law because there are at least 100 million people in this country that should NOT own guns.
