It’s a Vietnamese beef noodle soup. They serve it with various cuts of beef (including tripe and tendon if you want it!) with lime, bean sprouts, frest basil, plum sauce and chili sauce on the side.

It’s phoking great!

I have had it seafood, but I don’t think it can really be called pho, faux pho maybe?
