I have a measly Olympus C770. It takes relatively good pictures for my use but the auto-focus to snap speed is a little on the slow side. That makes it difficult when trying to capture the yard critters in funny poses as they move quickly.

I’m not a big techno camera guy, but do these multi-thousand dollar cameras that capture video also have anti-shake (not sure of the term) capability?

I have a Canon SD90. It has a special “kids and pets” mode that speeds it up, but the dogs still move.
