What is the creationist response to the size of the universe - just ignore it? I mean, with billions of stars in this galaxy, and billions of galaxies floating around, are they all empty except this one, or does God intelligently design (the same or differently?) for each, or wot? How many Jesii are required? Stuff like that.

These are the kind of details I’d love to see fleshed out as well.
