It does strike me a bit strange how little interest there is in the Ukraine story. There has been some discussion here so I assumed there would be some interest among progressives. Nope. I can understand the unrest in Thailand wouldn’t generate much interest from Americans since Thailand is far away and the people are brown(ish). Ukraine is much closer, white people and good quality riot videos. Maybe we’ll have to wait until a Republican or Dem picks a side, then everybody else will know who to oppose. At the very least we’ll have to wait until the republicans blame Obama for whatever the end result.
