The Tories are just reaping what May has sown. Indeed, even her predecessor sowed these seeds.

If only the Labor party wasn’t led by a self-important wonk blinded by ideological purity then maybe the UK might have had a chance in the last election.

I’d really like to know why the right finds it so much easier to seize power in democracies than the left. The obvious guess is rightist control of most media and institutions tilting the balance always in favor of the right, but that’s just a guess.
