Yes, I can appreciate that lengthy script except by now even the dumbest most illiterate (probably 99%) of Afghans know that that the only reason US is there because of OBL originally. However I agree that their attention span is as long as the next paycheck offer from an Iran (or other) funded warlord and that this will not change for generations, if ever.

That is why I say leave, and just bomb them as necessary. Often if necessary.
