Under no circumstances can something be a human person without a cerebral cortex. Which forms fully only after the 20th week. Until that moment the argument for bodily autonomy is slam dunk. It’s not a person, period.

Yeah, but you’re talking about people who can’t conceive (haha) of a process of becoming a human. It has to be an event, a singular watershed moment in time. Uncertainty makes them nervous.
