It has expanded to include that, in some circles. Because female characters that aren’t just eye candy are Oppression of the Menz and Social Justice Warrioring.

Which also expanded to Diversity in Gaming is teh White Genocide, and any protagonist that isn’t a straight white male is also Social Justice Warrioring.

It’s basically MRA/alt-right culture with a Steam account.
