Okay, color me dense.

How is a State Certified Copy of a Birth Certificate not a Birth Certificate?

I have the one my parents were given by the County Registrar at my Birth. It’s a Notarized Copy.

I have a print out of a State Certified Copy that looks like Obama, printed on a sheet off paper on a laser printer from data in the State Database, which was good enough for DOE to give me a TS/SAP/SAR clearance.

BTW when the data was entered into the Database from the original, the original was destroyed to save on storage costs.

Help me out, nirthers, I’m I not a citizen?
