You’re wrong to think that Judeo-Christian is a term with recognized meaning in scholarly debate, yes.

It has a varied history, but in the US it was first consciously used to promote the idea that the US was not just a Protestation nation, to be more inclusive.

It has no well-defined meaning. I’d be curious to know what you think it means, though.

You may not hear the term used by multiculturalist, but it has not become politically incorrect to use it nor has the term suddenly lost it’s meaning just because some people question it’s use. And it is still used in a scholarly setting.
