Good morning O.R. - You have to admit that being editor-in-chief of the Harvard Law Review would almost certainly require that you write SOMETHING - if not an article (which I would expect) then at least a note to an article written by a scholar from outside Harvard Law School and Obama did neither one.
Seriously, you’ve been to law school (or at least that’s the rumor! LOL!) have you EVER seen a law review that didn’t have SOMETHING written by the Editor-in-Chief? Obama excepted?
