I’m a lawyer but I only do minor criminal stuff and I’m too lazy to do the research and figure that one out. I’m hoping they pile some more charges on these jerks.

There was a link to an LA Times article last night that said they went with the conspiracy to obstruct chrge initially, because they can apply it to everyone they’ve arrested to date.

It also mentioned that they may add to the charges in the coming weeks. I want them to find the heaviest book they can find and throw it at the lot of them.
